We’re doing things differently at Visions for Architecture this year.

In the past, the Visions for Architecture black-tie gala has served as a fundraiser to support a wide range of architectural education.

This year, we’d like to get more specific. Our friends at Hampton University need our direct support and we’re asking you to join the cause.

In addition to recognizing AIA Virginia’s Design and Honor Award recipients, Visions will serve as a mini telethon to raise money to support Hampton University’s Department of Architecture Scholarship Fund. Hampton has a 5 year Masters of Architecture degree program; students in their final year transition to Graduate students. As a result, they lose access to the traditional undergraduate financial aid (Pell Grants, etc.). This fund directly helps students in their final year of study when many traditional funding streams are no longer available to them.

Support Virginia’s only HBCU with an accredited architecture program by making a charitable contribution today.

Visions for Architecture 2020 may now be over, but there still is time to donate! No amount is too small.
