Support this scholarship for emerging leaders to attend the AIA Women's Leadership Summit.

Sho-Ping Chin, FAIA was a principal at Payette and in 2009 the founding leader of the AIA Women’s Leadership Summit. In 2017, following Sho-Ping’s untimely passing, a group of colleagues, family members, and friends created a memorial fund in her name focused on supporting the development of future women leaders in architecture by helping cover travel and registration costs to attend the conference.

The Architects Foundation is raising money to support the Sho-Ping Chin Women’s Leadership Summit Grant Fund. We are asking for donations to help increase the fund to $50,000 in support of the next group of awardees. Our ultimate goal is $125,000, which will permanently endow the fund to award up to ten (10) grants to cover travel cost associated with attending the conference.
